Travelling and visiting places really refresh the busy minds, but me
taking photos will add more fun, we drive to Hassan and Chikmagalur borders on last
week end, we were hoping to visit memorable places, we travelled to Belavadi first
via Halebidu road, it is approximately 50 Km from Hassan district, from
Halebidu circle we took right turn and traveled 11 km to reach Belavadi, we
took some of the shots of Veeranarayana Temple at Belavadi, we were lucky to
get the beautiful sky and clouds. After visiting the belavadi we drive towards
Chikmagalur road via Kalasapura and kaimara, I was heard that a Kannada film Bhootayyana
Maga Ayyu was shoot at this place, I took the snaps of Rangappana Gudda near
Kalasapura which reminds me the bull cart racing of Bhootayyana Maga Ayyu, we
passed further and reached kaimara handpost between belur and chikmagalur road, then we decided to visit belur to catch the evening lights at temple, on the
way to belur we have visited the Yagachi dam, a small dam which holds few TMC
of water to facilitate drinking water to Belur and Hassan taluk, it was a good
experience and we have traveled over 110 KM, reached our home with some good snaps
at end of the day.
