Mosale : Nageshwara and Channakeshava Temple, Hassan, Karnataka


Nageshvara-Chennakeshava temple located in Mosale village which is in Hassan district, said to be this temple was built early 12th century. Architecture completely resembles Hoysala type of Architecture, this temple is protected as monument of national importance by the Archaeological Survey of India.

How to reach Mosale Village.
1. Bangalore – Hassan - Mosale
2. If you are travelling from your own vehicle then just pass 10 km from Hassan towards Holenarasipura road (Hassan to Mysore Raod SH57), you will reach Hosalli, a village on the road side, Then just after this village you will see the board on right side stating ROAD TO MOSALE. If you need more accurately to route ask any villager.
3. If you are traveling from a public transport, then your will get the Bus facility from Hassan up to Hosalli, KSRTC buses which is going Hassan to Mysore will have a stop at Hosalli, rent a 3 wheeler from Hosalli they will charge you approximately 200-300  -/- Rs
4. Mosale is having Bus facility, but it will be on schedule time.
