After visiting the Chakra dam we had been to Savehaklu reservoir which is 6 KM away from Chakra dam, savehaklu dam comes first on the way traveling from nagara, as this dam also a water source for Linganamakki Dam. Heavy Monsoon flow gives abundant life to the reservoir and the nature. here also vehicle numbers are noted due to security reasons, intermittent rain created the artistic patterns on walls and the concrete roads. As usual we took some best shots and moved towards kavaledurga fort which comes in Theerthalli Taluk of Shimoga which is near to Kimmane, we hope to have the clicks of Kavaledurga fort but it was evening around 5:00 PM no chance for us to climb the kavaledurga hill.

DeleteHi Sharath, how are you??
ReplyDeleteAny idea about the road condition from Shivamogga to Kundapur? Which is the best route to travel by road from Shivamogga to Kundapur?
I am doing good, thank you.
DeleteIf you are traveling to Kundapura from Shivamogga then take the Sagara route then travel to Sigandur, then travel 50 KM towards kollur, from kollur to Kundapura is 30 KM, road condition is good, i am suggesting this route because you will enjoy your ride and will be remembered for your life time. if you have chance please visit my other link for Sigandur, and share your thoughts.
